You can cancel your booking using the link below or the link contained in your rental voucher. The cancellation policy for each booking depends on the car hire company. To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking, provided that the terms and conditions of the offer permit a refund, you must cancel it before the start of your rental using the link below or the link in your rental voucher.

You will be able to extend your booking as long as the hire company permits extensions and provided that the car is available for the extra days. Please note that you will need to go to the local office to sign the contract extension. Failure to do so can invalidate the insurance and result in a penalty charge for not extending the contract on time.

Please note you will need to bring your voucher to the pick up office to be able to collect your car. We suggest you print it out to speed up the pick up process.

If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the car to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the car. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The hire company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the car to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

Full/Full: You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. You need to return the car with a full tank and the money you paid for the tank on collection will be refunded. Full/Empty (Refund): You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. At the end of the rental when you return the car you will be refunded for the fuel remaining in the tank, minus the refueling supplement. The cost of the full tank and the fuel supplement can vary, depending on the car hire company. The cost of the full tank can vary and the exact amount charged for fuel will depend on the car type and model. The exact fuel prices can also depend on the car hire company. You can find all the information you need regarding the specific fuel policy for your booking on your rental voucher. Under no circumstances is the fuel included in the rental price.

For most offers on our website you will be required to leave a security deposit when you collect the car. As long as you bring the car back undamaged at the end of the rental, the money will be unblocked / returned.

The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the car (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving licence and the rental voucher.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

Only drivers whose names appear in the rental contract are allowed to drive the rental car.

All rentals must have Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection which are included with the car when you book it and are often subject to an excess.
