If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the motorbike to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the motorbike. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The rental company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the motorbike to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

Full/Full: You will be given the motorbike with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. You need to return the motorbike with a full tank and the money you paid for the tank on collection will be refunded. Full/Empty (Refund): You will be given the motorbike with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. At the end of the rental when you return the motorbike you will be refunded for the fuel remaining in the tank, minus the refueling supplement. The cost of the full tank and the fuel supplement can vary, depending on the car rental company. The cost of the full tank can vary and the exact amount charged for fuel will depend on the motorbike type and model. The exact fuel prices can also depend on the motorbike rental company. You can find all the information you need regarding the specific fuel policy for your booking on your rental voucher. Under no circumstances is the fuel included in the rental price.

All rentals must have Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection which are included with the motorbike when you book it and are often subject to an excess.

Yes. You simply need to choose today’s date and the time you’d like to collect the motorbike. Please note that if you need a motorbike at very short notice we may need to check the availability with the rental company first.

For most offers on our website you will be required to leave a security deposit when you collect the motorbike. As long as you bring the motorbike back undamaged at the end of the rental, the money will be unblocked / returned.

The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the motorbike (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.
