A little more than two hours
traveling time is all that is needed to reach the World Heritage
cities of Cordoba, with its Mezquita or mosque and-Jewish quarter.
Seville, with its Giralda, its cathedral and Santa Cruz district;
Granada, with its Alhambra, Generalife and Albaycin district; Cadiz,
the birthplace of flamenco, or Jerez, the hometown of Andalusian
dressage and of the fortified wines that have made its name so famous
throughout the world. Additionally, on the clearest days on the
Costa del Sol a glance across the sea reveals just how close the
North Africa coastline is.
